We collect information to provide our AI-driven coaching services effectively. This includes:
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect personal identifiers such as your
name and email address via Google-authenticated login.
- Physical Profile (The Dossier): We collect data regarding your physical
capabilities, injury history, available equipment, and fitness goals to generate personalized
workout manifests.
- Usage Data & Context: We collect inputs you provide regarding your daily context
(e.g., energy levels, location, time constraints) and interaction history with the Master Trainer
agent.
- Device Information: We may verify device information such as operating system
version and unique device identifiers to ensure app stability and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used primarily to "engineer your physical capacity." Specifically, we use it to:
- Synthesize and maintain your "Client Dossier" for context-aware coaching.
- Generate dynamic, personalized workout plans and mobility protocols.
- Facilitate the conversational AI interface ("The Master Trainer").
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the App's functionality.
- Deliver relevant advertisements to support the free operation of the service (see Section 5).
3. AI & Data Processing
Master Trainer utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents (including Google Genkit and
Firebase Vertex AI) to process your data.
- Contextual Storage: Your conversations and profile data are processed into a
natural language format to allow the AI to "remember" your context.
- Security: We do not sell your personal workout data to third-party data brokers.
Data processed by our AI partners is subject to strict enterprise-grade data protection agreements.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You have full control over your data.
- Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data
(including chat history and profile dossier) directly within the App settings. Upon deletion, your
data is scrubbed from our active databases immediately.
- Data Persistence: We retain your data only for as long as your account is active to
maintain the continuity of your coaching experience.
5. Advertising and Analytics
We may use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) to serve ads when you use the App.
- Advertising IDs: These companies may use information about your visits to this and
other apps (contained in your device's Advertising ID) to provide advertisements about goods and
services of interest to you.
- Opt-Out: You can control the use of your Advertising ID in your device's system
settings (e.g., "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on
Android).
6. Data Security
We implement robust security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your
personal information. We utilize Google Cloud Platform's secure infrastructure (Firebase) to host our
services.
